Tamiya 10ml Acrylic Paint X-21 Flat Base
Tamiya Flat Base is an additive agent designed to turn Tamiya Gloss Bottle Paint colours (all X acrylic paints - not XF) into a flat finish. Simply mix a 1:1 ratio (NEVER MORE) into a paint well palette for brush painting or an empty bottle for airbrushing. Mix well and add thinner if needed. This agent is not a flat clear coat.
